2025 Summer Camps


Enhance communication skills and maintain French during school breaks.

La Baba School focuses in empowering every child with kindness, respect, responsibility and confidence while having a healthy dose of daily fun.

We offer creative and active educational multilingual experience in the heart of Los Angeles in an beautiful outdoor space. Snacks and lunches included.

Space is limited to 8 children - 5 and up
Children must be potty trained in order to attend our camps.

2025 Summer Camps

Join us for a Summer of Creativity, Discovery & Fun !
This year’s camps feature a blend of hands-on art, cultural exploration, and nature-based activities.
Each camp runs for 5 days from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a choice of including lunch ($695) or bringing your own ($645).
Dive into the details for each themed week and reserve your spot for a summer filled with creativity, exploration, and unforgettable memories.
​Your summer camp weekly tuition includes an incredible amount of selected structured activities, neighborhood walk, some lunches at the park, and field trip to the beach.

Unleashing Creativity and Imagination:

Build Your Dream House

06/16 to 06/20 
​

​Focus: Ignite young architects’ imaginations as they design and construct their own mini homes from cardboard.

​Activities: Assemble and sculpt cardboard “walls” and “roofs”. Paint exteriors and sew simple fabric curtains. Create mini gardens using natural materials from our grounds. Decorate interiors with recycled treasures and personal touches

Highlight: Each child debuts a fully personalized cardboard house, showcasing creativity, design thinking, and eco-friendly crafting skills.

Eco Art Upcycling

06/23 to 06/27

​Focus: Empower children to think sustainably and creatively by repurposing everyday items.

​Activities: Hands-on art projects using recycled materials, nature walks to collect inspiration, discussions on caring for the planet.
​

Highlight: Kids will transform what might be considered “trash” into treasured works of art, all while learning about environmental stewardship. Nature-inspired watercolor project.

Cultural Connection

06/30 to 07/04

Focus: Expand children’s horizons through global traditions, music, art, and cuisine.

Activities: Interactive music sessions, hands-on art projects inspired by diverse cultures, and simple cooking demos.

Highlight: Kids gain a deeper appreciation for the world’s vibrant traditions while exploring new flavors and creative expressions.​Sculpt a small personal totem.

Bastille Day Celebration

07/14 to 07/18
​
Focus: Immerse campers in French culture and history through hands-on art, cuisine, and festivities.

Activities: Paint and wave their own tricolor flags. Build mini Bastille monuments from craft materials. Learn to make sweet crêpes and sample classic French snacks. Enjoy simple French songs, dances, and basic language games

Highlight: A festive Bastille Day party on July 14, complete with kids’ creations, French treats, and a joyful “Vive la Liberté!” celebration.​

Adventure Quest

07/21 to 07/25
                       

​Focus: Spark curiosity and teamwork as campers embark on a new mini‐adventure each day exploring different terrains, solving challenges, and discovering the wonder all around them.

Activities
Map & Compass Missions: Learn basic navigation to uncover hidden “treasure” stations around campus.
Micro‐Hikes: Guided walks through nearby green spaces, with a nature‐scavenger challenge.
Shelter‐Building: Use natural materials to design and construct a simple lean‐to or den.
Creekside Science: Hands-on exploration of water creatures and mini-ecosystems.
Team Obstacle Course: Cooperative puzzles and physical challenges that build trust and problem-solving skills.

​Highlight: By Friday, each camper will present their completed Adventure Passport filled with sketches, discoveries, and badges earned for every day’s exploration.

Earth Mixed Media

08/04 to 08/08

Focus: Ignite creativity through painting, sculpting, and collage, using the wonders of our planet as inspiration.

Activities: Experimenting with natural pigments, creating nature-themed collages, and exploring various art techniques that celebrate Earth’s beauty.

Highlight: ​Children discover how to transform everyday materials into mixed-media masterpieces, all while cultivating an appreciation for our environment.

Fabulous Fiber Arts

08/11 to 08/15

Focus: Exploring the world of textiles and fibers.

Activities: Basic weaving, introduction to sewing and embroidery, creating friendship bracelets.

Highlight: Showcase your eco-friendly fiber art piece, highlighting the beauty and potential of your skills.

Camp Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation made 3 weeks prior of camp start date you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- Cancellation made 2 weeks prior of camp start date will incur a 20% fee.
- No refund for cancellation 7 days prior camp starts.

Please understand that our camps are kept small to facilitate learning, and many fill up quickly. Last-minute cancellations keep other kids from enjoying our camps. Thank you for your understanding.
